I meet a lot of people deep in some of their life's hardest moments, when surviving feels more accurate, and thriving doesn't seem realistic. It's in these dark nights of the soul that what you think—how you think becomes vitally important. To be trusted in that space with you is something I consider a sacred honor. Clients report remarkable clarity, dramatic improvements, & a feeling of "things are way better than I thought they could be way faster" working with me, and they often thank me for my candor.
If you're ready to get started, let's find out if I can help you.

If your anxiety & depression are screaming at you about something major in your life that you want to be majorly different, this is where a lot of people (and therapists) get scared. This is precisely where I get excited and comfortable. Helping my clients understand their emotions and their history can be foundational, but it is not the work I focus on. This would be a brief warm-up before we mount up on the adventure of a lifetime. The destination always looks dramatically different from where you are now, or else you wouldn't be burdened with anxiety & depression. There is an entire culture that would tell you your job is to manage, repress, or endlessly talk about these feelings. It's bullshit. Your job is to figure out what they mean about what you want, and go get it. For clients who want to do that, qualified support is vital.
