All payments must be made by credit card, processed through Stripe. In our first paid session, I'll gather your credit card and billing address info and run the first payment. Afterward, your credit card will be saved on file and billed on the day of each session, after the session. Invoices/receipts via email are available upon request.
All sessions must be scheduled through email, to [email protected]. I will give you relevant open times available in the near future, and when an appointment time is agreed upon, the calendar invite and secure Zoom room invite will be sent via email. Sessions are typically scheduled at the end of a current session, with invites sent shortly after. All sessions are scheduled in advance, on google calendar, with an invite sent via email. Same day appointments are rarely possible; however, clients can email me and see if anything has opened up within the next 48 hours, or if they'd like to be on a waiting list for that week in case of any cancellations or openings.
*Special Documents includes any official documentation externally required or desired beyond regular sessions that I am qualified to produce. Often, clients have occupational or other required parties seeking specific documentation. In these cases, I work with you to determine the exact need, and then seek to provide adequate documentation in as timely a manner as possible, typically averaging less than 30 minutes charged.
